If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return or exchange your jewelry within sixty-days.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry should be in its original condition when returned. The jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
To return your jewelry, please place your item along with the original packaging in your return container, including any jewelry box or pouch, along with a copy of the invoice to help us match it to your order. Your feedback is very important to us! Please let us know the reason for the return by writing your comments on the invoice.
Please note that refunds do not include Shipping and Handling fees.
For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement jewelry. Be sure to include the jewelry item, name, number, and price. (You can get this information by adding the item to your website cart). Important: Please include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you.

The Concorde Collection currently accepts credit card payment by VISA and MasterCard. If you prefer to pay by check or money order or would rather not order online, please download our PRINTABLE ORDER FORM which you can mail in with your payment.

Shipping and handling is $5.95 per item up to four items. For orders with five or more items, the maximum shipping & handling charge is $23.80.

Normal delivery time is one to two weeks. Our exclusive designs are crafted in limited quantities, on occasion certain items and ring sizes are on backorder, which will be indicated on the website. Items on backorder normally are ready to ship in 2-3 weeks, but in some cases due to delays in material & shipments, it could take up to 8 weeks.

Pennsylvania residents will have 6% sales tax added to their order.

the Concorde Collection, you may freely add or remove items from your shopping
cart. No order is processed until after you have reviewed your order on
the "Check Out" page, and you choose to submit the order. Once
you submit the order you will see the "Order Confirmation" page, indicating
your order has been placed.

You may log in and register with the Concorde Collection, even if you decide
not to make a purchase. You will be asked to choose a password so you can
sign in at a future date and continue shopping without having to re-enter your

Please select a ring size
when adding a ring to your shopping cart. Ring orders cannot be processed
without a ring size specified. Concorde Collection rings are available in Women's sizes 5-10.and men's sizes 8-14 (Half sizes not available).
If you forget to select a size when you select an item, you will see the words "Please
Select a Size" in your shopping cart instead of a ring size number. If
this happens, check the "Remove" box next to the item in your Shopping
Cart, return to the item page (if you forgot where you found the item you can
use the search page) and add it to your cart again with your ring size selected.
