If you are not satisfied for any reason, The Concorde Collection has a sixty-day guarantee during which time you may return or exchange your jewelry.
You can return your jewelry in its original and unworn condition within 60 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded).
For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement jewelry. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!
Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your jewelry, box or pouch, and a copy of the invoice.
We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.

The page titled "Order Confirmation" is displayed after you have submitted your order. You may wish to print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email. It is helpful to have this information available when contacting customer service.
The normal shipping time
for our Concorde Collection Jewelry is one to two weeks. However, on
occasion we do experience shortages of some items, especially rings in certain
sizes. Our handcrafted pieces can only be produced in limited quantities. Although
we try to anticipate demand, if an item becomes backordered, delivery could take
up to 6 or 8 weeks.
If you must have your order shipped by a certain date, it is recommended that
you telephone our customer service staff. They will have the most current information
on availability of specific items. It is not our policy to send a notification
if an item becomes backordered.
Shipping and handling is $5.95 per item up to four items. For orders with five or more items, the maximum shipping & handling charge is $23.80.

While you are browsing
the Concorde Collection, you may freely add or remove items from your shopping
cart. No order is processed until after you have reviewed your order on
the "Check Out" page, and you choose to submit the order. Once
you submit the order you will see the "Order Confirmation" page, indicating
your order has been placed.
If you think you have submitted something incorrectly or are not sure if it went

You may log in and register with the Concorde Collection, even if you decide
not to make a purchase. You will be asked to choose a password so you can
sign in at a future date and continue shopping without having to re-enter your
personal information. All information is kept secure and confidential.

Please select a ring size
when adding a ring to your shopping cart. Ring orders cannot be processed
without a ring size specified. Concorde Collection rings are available in Women's sizes 5-10.and men's sizes 8-14 (Half sizes not available).
If you forget to select a size when you select an item, you will see the words "Please
Select a Size" in your shopping cart instead of a ring size number. If
this happens, check the "Remove" box next to the item in your Shopping
Cart, return to the item page (if you forgot where you found the item you can
use the search page) and add it to your cart again with your ring size selected.
Customers who have ordered from the Concorde Collection are added to our mailing list and receive mailings of selected items on a seasonal basis usually in the early Fall and Spring. All of our available items can be viewed on the website.
