There are four traditional ways to wear a Claddagh Ring. On the right hand; if the heart is pointed outwards to the fingertips the bearer is single and looking for love, if the heart is pointed inward towards the heart, in a relationship. On the left hand; if the heart is pointed outward the wearer is engaged, and pointed towards the heart when married.
